Each year, RideWise nominates partner schools that take proactive measures to make it safe and fun for students to walk and bike to school. The NJDOT recognized six schools in Somerset County for SRTS programming. Four of them are North Plainfield schools!

The North Plainfield School District is proud to announce a new initiative to provide free, high-quality college essay preparation for all juniors, starting with the Class of 2026. This innovative program in North Plainfield School District aims to ensure equitable access to critical college admissions support as part of the district’s broader mission to close the equity gap in higher education admissions.

Yanqing graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology in May 2022 with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering with a concentration and graduate certificate in Water Resources after completing a 5-year Cooperative Education program.

Nelson's journey began when he delved into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training back in 2007. However, by around 2012, his dissatisfaction with the uniforms available in the market propelled him to take matters into his own hands.

Dr. Oluwatosin Oluokun is the founder and CEO of Dr. OHHH Juice. As an entrepreneur and clinical nutritionist, Oluwatosin is deeply passionate about the impact her career has on the lives of others. By owning a business in the field of nutrition and wellness, she has the opportunity to reach a wide range of individuals and make a positive difference in their health and well-being.

Matthew Barbosa has a BA in mass communications with a focus in broadcast production. He currently works as a Production Manager for the East Coast division of 1iota Productions.
