Canuck Dance Company

The NPHS Canuck Dance Company is for any students in grades 9-12 interested in expanding their dance performance opportunities. The Dance Company will provide students with the opportunity to be part of the creative process and expand their technical training while learning dances of various styles. Students will also have the opportunity to choreograph their own dances and take on leadership roles while learning about the production process.

The Canuck Dance Company will rehearse every Wednesdays from 2:45 - 5pm, unless otherwise stated. There will be some additional Friday rehearsals as we approach performances – Please refer to the attached schedule for specific dates. Company Members are expected to attend every rehearsal. Please refer to the Rehearsal Policies below to review consequences for missing a rehearsal.

Company members are asked to join REMIND as this will be the communication method for rehearsal announcements. Company members can join by texting @canuckdan to 81010.

Dance Company will be performing in the Dance Department Winter and Spring Concerts. Company members are expected to participate in both performances.
